The bus was on its way from Gujarat to Mathura in Uttar Pradesh when the accident occurred around 4.30 am, they said.

The gas leak occurred at a factory named ‘Sakshi Food Product’ in Morena district, the officials said.

As per reports, the duo attempted to overtake a truck on their bike on Thursday morning. However, they somehow lost balance and fell under the wheels of the truck which ran them over killing them on the spot.

On Monday morning, two kanwariyas were killed while 11 others sustained serious injuries after a car rammed into them near Bhetnoi, a few kilometres away from Berhampur in Ganjam district.

As per reports, a speeding truck first hit a dumper from behind which hit a broken-down camper near Mulapal.

All the 11 injured have been admitted to MKCG Hospital where their condition was stated to be stable following treatment. 

The accident happened near Gangnani on the Gangotri national highway in Uttarakhand. 

Though the exact reason behind the fire is not clear, all the patients in the ward as well as in the ICU were subsequently evacuated to safety.

All the injured have been identified as Class VI students of Kudanagari Adarsha Vidyalaya, which was functioning temporarily from the high school.

All the patients and staff in the vicinity were evacuated safely soon after a fire call was received at around 11:54 am.

After the mishap, the police and firefighters reached the spot and doused the fire. They later sent the body of the driver for autopsy. The identity of the victim has not been ascertained yet.

The mishap took place when he was coming to his village from Sorada on his bike. The bike collided head-on with a private bus named Sai Krishna which was coming from Aska, sources informed.

Some 40 labourers were going from Baramile area in Mayurbhanj district to Kamarda in Balasore district to work as farm labourers. 

At least 17 people were killed and 45 others injured when a passenger bus veered off the road and fell into a waterbody in Bangladesh's Jhalokati district, a senior police official said.

The Wednesday incident was the second such incident involving open drains in the city in the past four days.
