Samantha Ruth Prabhu is celebrating her birthday today. Wishes are pouring in for the stunning diva from her fans, family members and friends from the film fraternity. As the gorgeous beauty turned a year older today, her ‘Kushi’ co-star Vijay Deverakonda also sent an adorable birthday wish.
Taking to his Instagram, Vijay shared a lovely picture from the sets of ‘Kushi’ and wrote, “Happy Birthday Sammy. Stay happy, healthy and full of laughter forever.” He also attached a couple of red heart emojis to his wish.
Replying to Vijay, Samantha also wrote, “Thank you so much V.”
It is known to all that Vijay is rumoured to be dating Rashmika Mandanna. However, the ‘Geetha Govindam’ actor has time and again spoken about his admiration for Samantha who worked with him for the first time in ‘Kushi’. He has revealed that Samantha is his crush and is the most beautiful girl in the world according to him.
Although, the film tanked at the box office, fans loved the crackling chemistry between Vijay and Samantha and would love to see them in more movies together.
On the professional front, Samantha is gearing up for the release of her Bollywood movie ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ also starring the handsome hunk Varun Dhawan. Vijay, on the other hand, tasted another disaster in the form of ‘Family Star’.
The film is Vijay’s third back-to-back disaster after Liger and Kushi. Also starring Mrunal Thakur, the ‘Family Star’ received a lukewarm response from both the critics and audience alike.
