Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi revealed that the previous BJD government spent Rs 15.26 crore from the State exchequer on ads featuring former 5T secretary VK Pandian's pictures. In a written reply to BJP MLA Laxaman Bag, CM Majhi detailed that Rs 452.96 crore was spent on advertisements over five years, with Rs 15.26 crore for promoting Pandian. Various Odisha government departments used these funds for print media ads, with details of electronic and digital media expenses still unknown.
