Prabasi Odias settled in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) hosted a Nuakhai Bhetghat at the Indian Consulate in Dubai on September 11th. This is state to be the largest in-person gathering on the occasion of Nuakhai outside India. The audience was captivated by an extravagant display of Sambalpuri culture that featured Western Odisha's language, music and dance, and handlooms.
It is pertinent to mention here that this is the largest in-person get-together on the occasion of Nuakhai, anywhere outside India.
