Bhubaneswar: Six Bangladesh nationals were detained by Nayapalli police here on charges of possessing fake passports on Tuesday.
Earlier on yesterday a Bangladeshi youth, identified as Sk Abdullah, was also arrested with similar charges.
Abdullah had come to the Regional Passport Office in Bhubaneswar to take a clearance which was when the officials got suspicious about him.
Later, the officials found Abdullah, who was claiming to be a resident of Tarini slum of VSS Nagar area in Bhubaneswar, had submitted forged documents to obtain the passport.
Notably, on January 20, nine persons including five Bangladeshi nationals were detained regarding a forged passport case.
