BJD releases election manifesto, promises special budget for youth

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said, “I am lucky to present the party’s manifesto ‘Lokanka Ghosanapatra – Odisha No-1’.  This manifesto will create history. All guarantees enlisted in the manifesto will be executed under 5T.”

“In the last 24 years, the BJD government has brought about transformation of the state and created its own identity," Patnaik said.

He said that a special budget will be presented for youths in Odisha and this budget is pegged at Rs 1 lakh crore for 10 years.
