How to use black pepper in the diet

Gulp or chew directly - If you can deal with the burning hot flavour of black pepper. It's advisable to  consume 1-2 peppercorns directly every morning in empty stomach.

Black pepper tea - Add a dash of freshly ground black pepper in your regular tea.

Black pepper drink - Boil a glass of water. Add 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper and 1 teaspoon of honey to it. Stir well and drink lukewarm.
