For action against the mastermind, who has been identified as Vishal Kumar Chaurasia, working in the Accountant General’s office in Patna, the SP has written a letter to the Bihar Accountant General for departmental proceedings.

As per initial reports, Bhaskar's body was found lying in a pool of blood at the village at around 10 pm on Saturday. During questioning, the sisters revealed that their mother and her paramour had been torturing them. The victims have also accused their mother's friend of sexually assaulting them.
