Unidentified miscreants have looted valuables worth lakhs of rupees from a jewellery shop in Khordha town. The incident reportedly happened late last night near the busy Patitapabana Chhak in Gurujang area of the town.

The school-going minor girl was staying with her aunt near a stone quarry. One miscreant violated her after making her nude video and blackmailing the victim. Later, the victim's aunt turned villain and allowed her exploitation for four months from September to January 2020.

Based on the complaint, police have detained the girl and further investigation in this connection is underway
