Thousands of party workers and leaders from seven panchayats were part of the roadshow of about 20 km. The bike rally passed through places like Buanla, Bangarpuan, Deuli Gaon, Sikudi, Kuhudi, and Akhuapada among others.     

The BJP stalwart also visited Ram Mandir at Artamula village under Derabish block and sought blessings of Lord Sri Ram.

The BJP leader added that apart from the Prime Minister, the party’s other stalwarts like Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and women leaders will come calling to Kendrapara in the days to come.  

The BJP stalwart also went to Ram Mandir at Tinimuhani, where he offered worship to Lord Ram and sought His blessings. Later, Panda along with scores of devotees partook of prasad on the temple premises. 

The BJP stalwart addressed a public meeting at Tikanpur under the Patkura Assembly seat. The party’s MLA candidate for the Patkura Assembly seat, Tejeswar Parida was present at the meeting.  Both the leaders also took out a rally in the area and interacted with the people.  

As the administration has allegedly failed to take action against the sand mafia, the villagers staged a road blockade, paralyzing sand transportation.

There are several ticket aspirants for a BJD ticket in Kendrapara assembly segment. They argued that they have been working for the party over the years, but imported leaders shouldn't be given a chance to contest the poll.
