A special squad of the Commissionerate police arrested notorious criminal Dilu alias Pradip Kumar Sahu from Rayagada on Monday. Dilu was the prime accused and the close associate of Dhalasamanta Brothers in the abduction and murder of Manoj Mallick alias Dipu and Om Prakash Swain alias Om.
