BJP’s National Vice President and party’s Lok Sabha candidate for Kendrapara, Baijayant Panda appealed to the workers to strengthen the party’s organisation by taking the Modi government’s pro-people yojanas to the booth level. 

In Kendrapara, allegations have surfaced against BJD's Lok Sabha candidate Anshuman Mohanty for using children in his campaign, violating the Model Code of Conduct. BJP has reported this issue to the Odisha CEO and urged ECI for immediate action.

BJP National Vice President and Kendrapara Lok Sabha candidate, Baijayant Panda, underwent critical surgery on the left eye. He has postponed his campaign events for some days as he is now under medical observation.

The District Collector reportedly disengaged Puspanjali Mohanty, the Community Resource Person(CRP) of Talasanga gram panchayat under the Mahakalapara block, and Narmada Basantia, the CRP of Marshaghai block, from the service.

BJP's Sanjay Rath accuses BJD and Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak of falsely claiming credit for the Haridaspur-Paradip railway project. Baijayant Panda, former MP, played a crucial role since 2009, from sanction to land acquisition. BJD has been criticized for inadequate infrastructure development in Kendrapara despite long tenure in power.

While addressing the gathering, BJP's National Vice President and Kendrapara’s Lok Sabha candidate Baijayant Panda said that people have decided to bring a BJP government in Odisha which is essential for the state’s development. 

The BJP stalwart said, "The people have enthusiasm for the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Such huge support indicates that they want to see Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister for the third time. They want a double-engine government in Odisha.”

Jay Panda took out a massive rally in Mahakalapada from Angulai. The rally covered a distance of 20 kms across seven panchayats and villages.

Thousands of party workers and leaders from seven panchayats were part of the roadshow of about 20 km. The bike rally passed through places like Buanla, Bangarpuan, Deuli Gaon, Sikudi, Kuhudi, and Akhuapada among others.     

BJP National Vice-President Baijayant Panda met the family members of Dilip Mallick of Kakharuni village who are yet to come out of the shock from the tragic death of their 12-year-old son.

The BJP stalwart also visited Ram Mandir at Artamula village under Derabish block and sought blessings of Lord Sri Ram.

Kendrapara Tehsildar, Tapas Dehury will be the Excise Superintendent in-charge till the appointment of a new Excise Superintendent. 

"It was the BJD which tried to create confusion in the minds of the people. The people already know the outcome of the direct fight," the senior BJP leader said adding that not much interpretation is now needed after Amit Shah Ji’s statement.

BJP National Vice President and party’s Lok Sabha candidate for Kendrapara, Baijayant Panda met the bereaved families of lightning strike victims and expressed his deep condolences.

The BJP leader added that apart from the Prime Minister, the party’s other stalwarts like Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and women leaders will come calling to Kendrapara in the days to come.
