This is the first conviction in Online/ Digital Ponzi cases in Odisha and one of the firsts in India, said the press note issued by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW). 

Bhadrak SDPO, Saurabh Ota informed that following the two burglary cases, a special team was formed and a probe was launched along with the forensic team.

The accused have been identified as Abhiraj Soni and Ayush Raj Prasad from Rourkela.

The STF is also trying to unravel the mystery behind Bukhari marrying multiple girls in different parts of the country and establish if it was part of the love jihad conspiracy or some other reason.
