It has also come to the fore that Bukhari, who failed in Class 12, is proficient in six languages.

A police team from Kashmir will soon reach Odisha to interrogate Bukhari, sources said.

The arrest of Bukhari has raised several questions like who are the people linked to Bukhari and since when they were associated with him. Only after the completion of the probe, a clear picture is likely to emerge on Bukhari and his exact links with anti-national elements.

Notably, the STF had conducted a raid at Bukhari’s rented accommodation in Neulpur in Jajpur district and arrested him on December 16. He was staying in the area for the last seven to eight years by impersonating himself as a doctor. He was arrested on the charges of impersonation and alleged links with suspicious anti-national elements.
