The SDJM court has also quashed two petitions filed by Varsha Priyadarshini against her husband Anubhav Mohanty.
The Orissa High Court on Friday deferred the hearing of a petition filed by Ollywood actress Varsha Priyadarshini against her husband and actor-turned-politician Anubhav Mohanty.
The next hearing of the petition will be held in the High Court at 2pm on November 4.
The actress is learnt to have moved to her sister’s residence and will be staying there till she makes an alternative arrangement.
In the previous date, the judge had discussed with both of them for over two hours for reconciliation. A new date was allotted with expectations of resolving the issue.
BJD MP Anubhav Mohanty has yet again come up with a social media post on his personal life and estranged wife Varsha Priyadarshini. Despite High Court directive, Anubhav Mohanty shared an audio clip and asked Varsha to clarify if the clip contains the conversation between her and her sister.
Notably, a bench headed by Justice KR Mohapatra ruled that the final judgement in connection with the case will be passed on September 15.
Family court in Cuttack has levied penalty of Rs 5,000 each on MP-actor Anubhav Mohanty and actress-wife Varsha Priyadarshini.The court came down heavily on the estranged couple for deliberately delaying court proceedings and levied the fine.
Anubhav and Varsha, who took their reel life love story forward and tied the knot in 2014, have been fighting the legal battle for divorce.
On the other hand, the parliamentarian has already released a couple of videos. In one of the videos, he criticised Varsha and dared her to go through forensic, lie detection and medical test.

Cuttack SDJM court on Thursday asked MP Anubhav Mohanty to pay a sum of Rs 30,000 on/before 10th of every month to Varsha Priyadarshini for her accommodation elsewhere.
She has made her husband Anubhav Mohanty, Odisha government and the I&B Ministry parties in her petition.
The MP also shared a few screenshots to bolster up his claims.
