Actress Varsha Priyadarshini and her husband Anubhav Mohanty reached Family Court in Cuttack on Wednesday morning ahead of the important hearing pertaining to the family dispute between the duo.

According to sources, the Ollywood actress reached the court premises at around 11 am while her husband and BJD MP Anubhav reached the court around 2 pm.

The Family Court had directed the couple to appear before it at 2 pm today.

Notably, a bench headed by Justice KR Mohapatra ruled that the final judgement in connection with the case will be passed on September 15.

Earlier, actress Varsha had moved the High Court against Anubhav for posting videos on social media, which she termed as objectionable and defaming to her image.

The HC while listening to the case had restrained the couple from posting anything on social media against each other.

Notably, in a related case, the actress on Tuesday informed the Cuttack district-judge court that she would vacate her in-law's house within a month.

On June 2, the SDJM court had directed Varsha to vacate Anubhav’s parental home located at Nandi Sahi of Cuttack. Challenging the SDJM court’s order, the actress had moved Cuttack District Judge Court which ordered an interim stay on SDJM Court’s order.

On Tuesday, Varsha filed a memo and informed the District Judge Court that she would vacate her husband’s house in 30 days.

The SDJM court had earlier asked the MP to pay a sum of Rs 30,000 on or before 10th of every month to Varsha for her accommodation elsewhere.
