The controversy surrounding Ollywood superstar Anubhav Mohanty and his wife Varsha Priyadarshini is far from being solved. A few weeks after Varsha lodged a complaint accusing Anubhav of violating court orders and tarnishing her image by posting videos on social media, the actress on Monday approached the Odisha Human Rights Commission.
Anubhav had posted another video yesterday. Infuriated, Varsha knocked the doors of the Human Rights Commissioner. However, the popular actress refrained from giving any comments in this regard.
Varsha had earlier accused the ‘Bhaijaan’ of Ollywood industry of spearheading a hate campaign against her. She accused him of threatening her indirectly through his videos and further alleged of getting insulted by the videos on social media. Hence, she has asked the court to refrain him from doing further.
On the other hand, the parliamentarian has already released a couple of videos. In one of the videos, he criticised Varsha and dared her to go through forensic, lie detection and medical test.
“I will fight and if necessary will move the Supreme Court to bring forth the truth. I challenge you to go through a forensic, lie detection and a medical test,” he said in a video.
Notably, on May 27, the High Court had directed both Anubhav and Varsha not to post any video or comment against each other in any media, including social media.
Worth mentioning, on June 2, the Cuttack SDJM court directed Varsha to vacate the Anubhav’s house and meanwhile asked the Kendrapara MP to pay Rs 30,000 to Varsha on/before 10th of every month for her accommodation.
