In a fresh development in Anubhav-Varsha marital discord case, the Cuttack Sub-divisional judicial magistrate court (SDJM) has ordered Varsha Priyadarshini to hand over the keys of her in-laws house to Anubhav Mohanty or his advocate by November 2.

The court also said if the actor-turned-politician Anubhav Mohanty or his advocate does not receive the keys, she will have to deposit them in court.

Notably, Anubhav had filed a case in the SDJM court against Varsha for not handing over the keys to his parental house despite the court’s order to vacate Anubhav’s residence by September 30

Meanwhile, the court has also quashed two petitions filed by Varsha against Anubhav.

Varsha Priyadarshini had approached the SDJM court alleging that Anubhav is posting several videos on social media narrating false stories and tarnishing her image. After the hearing, the SDJM Court dismissed the petition of the actress saying that, since there is already a case in this regard pending in the High Court, again a case to the same allegations cannot be admitted in the court.

Similarly, the court also dismissed another petition from the actress in which she had demanded to change some points in the original petition. The court observed that changes in the original petition would only delay the matter and quashed the petition.
