During childhood, students go to school to learn basic things and much more. They learn about communication, decision-making, emotions, likes, dislikes, playing, singing, reading, and talking, among other things.

In the past, teachers were sometimes hesitant to teach about good touch and bad touch, especially to girls.

However, things have changed now, and teachers are teaching everything in schools these days.

Recently, a video was shared on X (formerly Twitter) featuring a female teacher who used relatable examples and simple language to explain the difference between a caring touch and a harmful one.

The teacher underscored the significance of comprehending this demarcation between the two forms of physical contact. As a result, the video garnered substantial traction across the online realm.

Attributed to Roshan Rai's Twitter account, the video encapsulated a noteworthy episode in the realm of education, leaving a significant impact.

The instructor, displaying a gentle and empathetic demeanour, elucidated for the young girls the distinction between positive and negative physical interactions.

In addition to imparting knowledge, the teacher fostered an environment where her pupils were prompted to candidly share if they encountered any unwelcome physical contact.

A ‘good touch' encompasses actions that convey compassion and solidarity, such as embracing, clasping hands, or consoling gestures.

Conversely, a ‘bad touch' constitutes any form of bodily contact that elicits discomfort, a sense of insecurity, or distress. This encompasses acts like striking, kicking, or contacting private body regions.

In the comments on the video posted on X (formerly Twitter), people shared their thoughts.

One user mentioned that parents should ideally teach their children about good touch and bad touch.

However, the video's publisher humbly replied that not all parents are educated enough to do so, which is why it's important for teachers to step in.

Many people expressed their admiration and respect for the teacher in the comments.

The video's approach was widely appreciated as a positive and important step in educating children about these important matters.
