A lady doctor’s timely intervention saved the life of a 6-year-old boy, thanks to her quick thinking and action. As luck would have it, Dr. Ravalika, happened to come across the boy’s parents who were frantically rushing him to hospital after he suffered an electric shock, and came to his rescue.
She performed CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) on the boy right there on the road, saving his life. A video of the good Samaritan doctor performing CPR on the boy in the middle of a busy street has now gone viral, earning praises for Dr. Ravalika. The video shows Ravalika thumping the boy’s chest while he lay lifeless on the road.
After 5-10 tense minutes, her attempt to save his life becomes successful and the boy begins breathing again. He was then rushed to a hospital for further treatment and has since made full recovery.

An X user shared the video of the whole incident and wrote, “𝑫𝒐𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒔 𝑪𝑷𝑹 𝒐𝒏 𝒓𝒐𝒂𝒅, 𝒔𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆! In Vijayawada, a 6-year-old boy faced a life-threatening situation after an accidental electric shock left him unconscious.”
He further added, “A doctor passing by noticed a distressed father carrying his son and immediately stopped to assess the situation. Realizing the severity of the boy's condition—no breathing and a weak pulse—the doctor wasted no time in administering Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) right on the roadside.”
“After five minutes, the boy began breathing again. The boy was then shifted to the nearest hospital. Following a 24-hour observation period, the boy was discharged,” he concluded.
The doctor’s wholesome act has earned her widespread acclaim and gratitude from all quarters. The internet is full of praise for her.
