Ola delivery partner caught eating customer’s food
Online food delivery services have revolutionised the way we access and enjoy food making it incredibly convenient. Undoubtedly, the food delivery guys brave scorching heat as well as heavy rainfall to deliver the orders meals to satisfy our hunger. However, some unruly delivery guys break the rules. Several videos have surfaced on the internet showing these food delivery partners eating customer's food. Recently, one such video surfaced on social media that shows a food delivery guy enjoying a customer's food while sitting on the roadside. And when caught, he responded rashly.
As per reports, a Noida-based entrepreneur ordered a meal from Ola Foods. However, later he discovered that the food delivery guy was feasting on it. The entrepreneur, identified as Aman Birendra Jaiswal, shared a video in which he is seen catching the food delivery guy red-handed while eating the ordered food.
As claimed by Jaiswal, first the delivery guy called him up and demanded an extra Rs 10 for delivering the food. Though first he refused to pay an extra Rs 10, he eventually agreed to pay the extra money. However, the food delivery guy kept him waiting for 45 minutes even after agreeing to pay above the delivery charge levied by Ola Foods, claimed Jaiswal.
Later, Jaiswal found him while feasting on the food he ordered while sitting on his parked two-wheeler with another person. As soon as he saw Jaiswal approaching him, he said, "Kya hai?"
Jaiswal asked, "Yeh mere fries hain jo kha rahe ho."
To this, the delivery guy responded rashly by saying, "Haan toh karte raho jo karna hai tumhe, (do what you will)."
Further, when Jaiswal reprimanded the guy for eating his ordered food, he replied, “Kya karun?”
Sharing the video on Instagram, Jaiswal wrote, Ola this is how your food delivery partner is doing their job, first, he said I'll take an extra Rs 10 to come, after denying for the first somehow I said ok come I'll give and then he kept me waiting for almost 45min and when I found him this is what he said.” (sic)
As per the reports, Jaiswal ordered the food from Burger King on July 21. The delivery guy named Ajay was two to three minutes away from Jaiswal's location when he called up for the first time.
