As seen in the video, a girl is walking down the lane with a dog tied to a leash while another dog is following them. Meanwhile, another girl is seen walking towards them with another dog. 

As soon as the dog without a leash sees the other doggie with its owner approaching, it completely gets engrossed in the moment and continues to stare at it without a blink. However, while ogling, the dog bumped into a big stone kept on the roadside below a street lamp.
