The AI revolution is rapidly expanding its reach in the tech industry, with tech giants actively engaged in high-level work to introduce AI at an advanced level.

Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, emphasised the potential dangers if AI regulations were not established.

He expressed his concerns during a recent interview with The Atlantic, where he revealed being apprehensive about an AI chatbot he encountered on a recent visit to India.

Despite its remarkable progress since its launch in November 2022, the AI tool still has its limitations and is not flawless.

However, continuous improvements are being made to enhance its capabilities.

As AI technology like ChatGPT, Bard, and Bing AI witness rapid growth, Altman raises concerns about the possibility of AI replacing human jobs in various fields in the future.

While some individuals worry that AI tools like ChatGPT could lead to job displacement, others adopt a more optimistic view, suggesting that AI will aid humans in performing their tasks more efficiently without completely replacing them.

However, Sam Altman firmly believes that jobs will inevitably disappear due to technological advancements.

"Jobs are definitely going to go away, full stop," he asserted during the interview.

Additionally, Altman disclosed that OpenAI possesses the potential to create even more powerful AI than ChatGPT, but he acknowledged that the public may not be ready for such a significant leap forward at the moment.
