Black Justice is a web series that focuses on a practicing lawyer Pandey aka J.P. in the Supreme Court and session court of India. He is a very honest lawyer who wants to speak and fight for justice and that is why decides to bring reforms to the existing judicial system. For that, he files a PIL in court.

J.P. Is a very honest lawyer and wants only truth to win but he also is aware of the fact that many of his colleagues resort to dubious ways and support cheaters to win cases and even use notorious ways to stretch the cases year after year and delay the justice. These people are the regular lawyers who just stretch the court cases so that they can earn more money.

The actors who are a part of Black Justice include Akbar Khan, Suman Ranghanathan, Alok Nath Pathan, Vijay Desai, and more. The dialogues in this series put special emphasis on how the victims are being exploited by the judiciary and judges.

It throws light on various aspects of the Indian judiciary system like dual degrees for the judges so that they can hear only when the case is special, judges simply being unaware of the truth and the lies which is why many times bail is given to the people who deserve to be put behind the bars.

The series shows that the entire judiciary system of the country needs re-engineering in all aspects including procedural aspects, time taken for solving a case, and the vast difference in decisions that are given by two judges in different high courts for the same type of case.

Black Justice also talks about the matrimonial laws that are gender-biased and the need to immediately re-engineer all of them. All 6 episodes of Black Justice are available online on Blackjustice.in on subscription.
