The Income Tax (IT) department on Tuesday said it has been brought to its notice that some fraudulent persons are misleading candidates by issuing fake appointment letters for joining in the Income Tax Department.

The Commission has issued a stern warning to candidates who will be caught/found indulging in any illegalities or malpractice during the examinations.

The post belongs to General Central Service Group C Non-Gazetted and Non-Ministerial cadre of the Staff Selection Commission.
