Big News! Supreme Court To Review Petitions For Same-Sex Marriage Verdict Reconsideration

In another development, the Supreme Court will be considering a bunch of petitions seeking reconsideration of its verdict on same-sex marriage which was delivered last month. Senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi on behalf of the petitioner mentioned before CJI D Y Chandrachud and justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Mishra about the discrimination that homosexual couples face. The bench thus, said that they would look into the matter on November 28th.
