Directed by Gunasekhar, it also stars Dev Mohan in the lead role. Allu Arha is making her acting debut as a child artist in which she will be seen portraying the character of Prince Bharata. 

Sam is all set for her upcoming Shaakuntalam. While the actress is busy with promotions, fans are eagerly waiting for Sam’s comeback on the big screen. Scheduled for theatrical release on April 14, the movie is a historical drama based on a popular play Abhignyana Shakuntalam by Kalidasa. With the release date inching closer, anticipation among fans is escalating.

On the work front, Samantha will be next seen with Varun Dhawan in Citadel. She is also gearing up for the release of her upcoming movie ‘Shaakuntalam’.
