Actress Samantha, who has been battling myositis, has been going through a tough phase in both her personal and professional life. Her much-anticipated movie ‘Shakuntalam’ did not perform well at the box office.
The low performance of the movie has severely affected her fans who wanted to see her make a terrific comeback. However, Samantha, who is known for her determination and hard work, is expecting to roar at the box office with her upcoming movie ‘Citadel’ also starring Varun Dhawan.
She is expected to give it back to people who think that her career is over. Recently, producer Chittibabu had stated that Samantha’s career as a lead heroine is finished and she cannot get back to stardom. The producer also accused Samantha of trying to gain sympathy.
Slamming the producer, Samantha shared a screenshot on her Instagram stories that read, “Some people get more hair in and on their ears as they age – especially men. Doctors think it may be because of increased testosterone. This hormone makes hair coarser and thicker as it grays. The hair just inside your ear works with earwax to keep dirt and debris away from your eardrum.”
With this, the actress was hinting at Chittibabu’s ear hair and her witty reply has left her fans in splits.
On the work front, Samantha is gearing up for the release of her upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Citadel’ with Varun Dhawan. Recently, the actress was spotted at the premiere of the movie in London and was spotted flaunting her ‘Chay’ (Naga Chaitanya) tattoo.
Even after her bad separation from Naga, the actress is yet to remove her tattoo. Reports suggest the two still remain good friends and share a cordial relationship. Earlier, there were reports that Naga had called Samantha and wished her a quick recovery after she was diagnosed with Myositis.
