Here are three spine-chilling snake videos which have gone viral on social media.

There are several theories suggesting that the limbs were in a transient phase before they quickly adapted to the current limbless form. However, new discoveries of well-preserved fossils of snakes suggested that the snakes had limbs for an extended period.

This giant python was rescued in Chitrakonda area in Malkangiri. Reports said that this python was first spotted in the backyard of a house in the area.

A giant python got entangled in a fishing net in a water body in Malkangiri’s Satiguda area. As per reports, fishermen had cast out a fishing net in the water body with the hope to catch some fish. However, they discovered that a snake has been caught in the net. They freed the python from the net and contacted the Forest Department who rescued the reptile and released it into the wild.

According to sources, some police officials found the reptile lying in the premises of the police station and informed about it to snake helpline members.
