Issuing a notice today, the Commission said that on the basis of the report of Balasore SP, it has decided to cancel the exam.
The OSSC has not released any statement in connection with the alleged question paper leak so far.
The CGL main examination is scheduled to be held on July 22 and 23, 2023.
Candidates who have cleared the Preliminary Examination will be allowed to sit in the Main exam to be conducted in Bhubaneswar on July 22 and 23, 2023.
Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official website at www.ossc.gov.in.
As per the OSSC notice, the preliminary examination for Combined Technical Services Recruitment Examination 2022 is scheduled to be held on June 4, 2023.
The admit card for appearing for the preliminary examination has been made available on the official website of the commission-www.ossc.gov.in.
The Preliminary Examination will be conducted from 10 am to 12.30 pm on May 14 across the State in OMR mode.
Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website of the Commission, www.ossc.gov.in from 25.05.2023.
OSSC further said that the Commission regrets the inconvenience caused to the applicants. “Fresh date for preliminary examination for Accountant will be announced shortly,” the notice added.
Moreover, the aspirant slammed the commission for not scrutinising the question papers before conducting the examination.
The typing test for the posts of Junior Executive Assistant-2022 will be held as per the earlier schedule.
The roll numbers of the shortlisted candidates have been uploaded on the official website of the commission-www.ossc.gov.in.
A total of 1267 vacancies including 755 Group B and 512 Group C posts are up for grabs under the mega recruitment drive.

A total of 1311 candidates have been shortlisted for the second phase typing and computer application test on the basis of their performance in the Language Test.
