The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has announced the revised schedule for the upcoming preliminary examination for recruitment to the post of Amin-2022 under the Housing and Urban Development Department.

As per the latest notice of the commission, the preliminary examination will be conducted on August 20, 2023 (Sunday) in one sitting through OMR mode in different cities across Odisha.

The preliminary examination will comprise 100 questions of one mark each. The duration of the examination is 1 hour and 30 minutes. The reporting time is 08:30 and the exam will be held from 10 am to 11:30 am. There shall be negative marking @0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

"Candidates concerned are advised to download their Admission letter from the official website of the Commission www,ossc.gov.in from 14.08.2023 onwards using their User credentials," the OSSC said.

The PwD candidates having disability not less than 40% and of permanent nature may apply to avail scribe facility in the prescribed format along with the required documents by 16.08.2023. 

"No other mode of communication will be entertained in this regard. Any application/request to avail scribe facility received after the said date will not be considered. Candidates concerned are also advised to be in constant touch with the above website of the Commission to know any further updates in this regard," the commission added.  

It can be mentioned here that a total of 60 vacancies will be filled up through the recruitment drive.
