As per the Blue Book, all necessary security measures are being put in place for the roadshow of the Prime Minister in Bhubaneswar and his carcade. The officials will also decide the time from when the connecting roads to the main street will be sealed for security reasons.  

The nomination process for six Lok Sabha and 42 assembly seats in Odisha began, set for polls on June 1. Candidates can file until May 14, with nominations scrutinized on May 15 and withdrawals by May 17.
