A young woman jumped off a moving Rapido bike to escape a molestation bid by the rider, police said on Wednesday.

Sharing his story, he wrote, “Feeling saturated in life. I am a 24-year-old software engineer in a FAANG company with 2.9 years of experience in Bangalore. I make a good living (58lpa before taxes) and have a somewhat relaxed work life.”

The deceased woman has been identified as 24-year-old Navya. She worked as a clerk in the internal security division of the state Police Department. The accused has been identified as Prashanth from Kanakapura.

As per the allegations, Basudev and Anirudh had a fight with a local resident identified as Loyd Nehemiya, one week ago. Four days later, Nehemiya was found dead.
