Rath Yatra - Lord Balabhadra being taken to his chariot Taladhwaja in the ceremonia Pahandi ritual. After being taken to the chariots, the deities will begin their Bahuda Yatra or return journey.  The 'Pahandi' rituals started ahead of schedule today. 

Puri Rath Yatra | Lord Jagannath will retrun to Puri Srimandir in Bahuda Yatra. The Lord and the Deities were brought to the chariots near Gundicha temple in Pahandi. During the Bahuda Yatra, the Deities will return to Srimandir after concluding their sojourn.

The deities will return in their respective grand chariots which will be pulled by devotees from Gundicha temple to Srimandir. The return journey of the deities is popularly called the 'Bahuda Yatra'.
