Hundreds of Covid-19 test kits were allegedly burnt to ashes on Korei medical premises in Jajpur on Tuesday.
As per reports, the Additional District Medical Officer Sudhanshu Sekhar Bal visited the spot and ordered an inquiry into the incident. However, it is yet to be identified weather the burnt kits were used or unused.
“I have order an inquiry into the incident. Stern actions will be taken against the erring persons if any illegal activities were found,” said Bal.
