The Crime Branch has been handed over charges to probe the mystery surrounding the death of two Russian nationals including a lawmaker Pavel Antov in Odisha's Rayagada.

The teacher and the peon were at the school when they entered into a verbal duel over some issues. The scene turned ugly when the peon lost his cool. He reached out for an axe and attacked the teacher, leaving him seriously injured. 

The loot took place on Mo Bus number 18, which plies on Baramunda-Jagatpur route.
