The State government has spent a whopping Rs 2.42 crore on training meritorious Civil Service aspirants for three years at eight universities in the State but none of them could crack the competitive examination.
The engagement will be for a period of two years or till the completion of the project. The position is purely temporary.
Ragging allegations surfaced at Utkal University in Vani Vihar on Friday (Nov 26) after some first year IMBA students alleged that they were harassed by some senior students of the university.
As per reports, a first year IMBA student was allegedly stripped and ragged inside the hostel by some senior students with help of non-students.
