The official theme for 2025 is "Eat Right for a Better Life," emphasizing the transformative power of healthy nutrition and mindful eating on overall well-being. The event aims to educate communities and families about preventing malnutrition and promoting healthy nutrition. It is a crucial platform for public health, aiming to build a healthier nation through better food choices and lifelong habits of mindful eating.
