Manish Narwal scripted history by winning a gold medal for India at Tokyo Paralympics for shooting on Saturday (Sept 4).
Lekhara had become the first Indian woman to win a Paralympic gold by claiming the top honours in the 10m air rifle standing SH1 event.
This was India's second medal at the Asaka Shooting Range the eighth overall. Avani Lekhara won India's first gold medal in shooting on Monday.
The 19-year-old finished with a world record equalling total of 249.6, which is also a new Paralympic record.
Anjum finished 15th with a score of 1167 and 54 Xs while Tejaswini was placed 33rd with a score of 1154 and 50 Xs.
Indian shooters Manu Bhaker and Rahi Sarnobat were placed 5th and 25th respectively in the women's 25m pistol qualification (precision) at the Tokyo Olympics
Saurabh shot 586 to be tied with Chinese Bowen Zhang after qualification, but as the Indian had more 'inner 10s' (27) to his name, he took the first spot foing into the finals.
