Just like last year, Ratha Yatra will be conducted only in Puri and that too without the participation of devotees this year. In a major announcement on Thursday, Odisha Development Commissioner, Pradeep Jena informed that Ratha Yatra will be conducted abiding by the Supreme Court guidelines of 2020.
