The classes will start from the usual 10 am and continue till 4 pm this time instead of morning.
After the Odisha School and Mass Education Minister, Samir Das, announced the decision to gradually reopen schools, Odisha Health Services Director, Bijay Mohapatra backed the government’s decision. Mohapatra on Saturday (Nov 6), said that since the Covid-19 cases are gradually decreasing, the schools should definietly reopen in the state.

A separate isolation room has been marked in all the schools and kept ready. The room will be used in case any student or staff develops Covid symptoms.
Vaccination of teachers is a not a roadblock for reopening schools in Odisha. This information was given by Odisha School & Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash on Thursday (July 22).
