The bus services have been hit owing to the ongoing tussle between the Mo Bus authorities and Konark and Nimapara Private Bus Owners’ Association.
The bus owners' association has also threatened to launch the strike from August 1, if their demands are not met by July 31.
The final decision on the strike will be taken after the discussion with the working committee. However, General Secretary informed that they haven't called off the strike.
The Odisha Bus Owners' Association on Saturday threatened to go on strike from July 1 if their demands are not met by the State government by June 30.
The protesting bus operators alleged that though the company is deducting money for provident fund from their salary, it is not reflecting in their deposit accounts.
