Rayagada is a district in southern Odisha, which became a separate district in October 1992. Its population consists mainly of tribes, primarily the Kondhs and the Soras. The number of daily Covid -19 positive cases continues to drop for the fourth consecutive day in Odisha. The State reported 9,793 fresh cases with 18 fatalities in last 24 hours.
Odisha continues to witness a dip in number of Covid 19 cases for last three days. The number of daily infections which stood at 10,635 yesterday has come down to 10,031 today. The total caseload has mounted to 54, 4873 following today’s figures.
