Bhubaneswar/Puri: The Odisha BJP will prepare a blueprint of its programmes to be taken up during next three months, in the State executive meeting scheduled to be held at Puri today.

This will be the first meeting of the State executive after Basant Panda took over as president of Odisha unit.

Two Union Ministers from the State, Jual Oram and Dharmendra Pradhan, will also attend the event.

The party will discuss issues to target the ruling BJD in the coming days. It will highlight the drinking water crisis staring at rural Odisha, unscheduled power cuts in many parts, shortage of doctors and several other issues during the two-day meeting. Programmes to strengthen the party’s organisation will also be discussed.

Moreover, the party will discuss ways to create awareness about various social programs of the central government and steps to be taken to make them reach to the needy people, BJP sources said.

The newly appointed office-bearers had met yesterday.
