The internet is filled with videos of people playing pranks by ringing doorbells repeatedly to record the angry reactions of house owners. Even children often engage in such mischievous acts for fun. Recently, a similar incident was captured on a CCTV camera and the clip is making rounds on social media. 

The video of two women ringing the doorbell of a house at midnight and escaping from the spot has gone viral on social media platforms. The video is said to be from Mumbai. 

In the video, two women can be seen walking on the apartment’s stairs. As the video proceeded, the two can be seen going upstairs. 

Towards the end of the clip, the two can be seen coming down ringing the door bells and escaping from the spot before anyone could answer the door. 

The above incident was recorded on the CCTV camera installed in the apartment. 

The video was shared on the X handle of shreshtpoddar, who claims to be a resident of the apartment. Sharing details about the incident, he wrote, “2.30 am last night. 2 young, educated girls entered & recorded themselves trying to lock the doors & ring the bells of houses multiple times, in my building, which has mostly 55+ & senior residents, & a history of previous incidents. They knew CCTVs were present. (Contd.)” (SIC)

After the video made it to the social media, it invited mixed reactions from the netizens as one user wrote, “Don’t make it such an issue leave them with a warning,” and another user wrote, “This is not acceptable.” (SIC)
