After the end of the day’s play, Sarfaraz got a surprise call from his brother Musheer Khan, who was part of India’s U-19 World Cup team that finished as runner-up at the 2024 edition in South Africa.

After a long wait, emerging batter Sarfaraz Khan made his debut for the Indian team in the third Test match against England at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot.

Sarfaraz played aggressively to score 62-run knock off 66 balls. Unfortunately, he was run out due to a horrible mix up with star all-rounder Ravindra Jadaja.

After the end of the day’s play, Sarfaraz got a surprise call from his brother Musheer Khan, who was part of India’s U-19 World Cup team that finished as runner-up at the 2024 edition in South Africa.

There was a lively conversation between both the brothers during the phone call.

Notably, India were all out for 445 in their first innings on the second day of the third Test against England in Rajkot on Friday.

Talented wicketkeeper-batter Dhruv Jurel also made his debut in the match. He too batted very well for a neat 46 off 104 balls. Moreover, veteran all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin chipped in with 37 while sharing a 77-run partnership with Jurel for the eighth wicket.
