The sequence of insults, hatred, and fights between Anupama and Vanraj will continue in the upcoming episode as the latter will leave no stone unturned to insult and upset Anupama. As is known, Anupama is holding a secret that she is having cancer. She has entrusted her complete belief on Dr. Advait who is treating her and who she respectfully calls Guruji.
On the other hand, Vanraj is jealous of this budding friendship between his ex-wife and Advait even though he is now divorced from Anupama and both of them are living separately. During this separation period, Kavya tries to come closer to Vanraj and makes him believe that Anupama has moved on and is now in a relationship with Advait.
That is why Vanraj insults her and behaves very badly with Anupama. The equation between the two has already been badly hampered after Vanraj stopped Samar from marrying Nandini despite much support from Anupama. After Advait tells Anupama that she will have to undergo surgery and therefore should talk about it with her family, she visits the mansion of the Shah family and reveals details of her disease to them.

In the upcoming episode, Vanraj and Kavya will go to court as Kavya is about to divorce Abhinav. But her estranged husband says in the court that he wants to rethink his decision to divorce Kavya. Instead of being worried, this makes Vanraj happy as now Kavya cannot force him to marry her. The news about Anupama’s cancer has come as a shock to Vanraj which can make him feel upset over his behavior.
