Following the stupendous success of 'Hanu-Man,' rising pan-India star Teja Sajja has reportedly collaborated with cinematographer-turned-director Karthik Ghattamaneni for the much-anticipated film 'Mirai.' The announcement of the project, along with the unveiling of its captivating first-look poster, has stirred excitement among fans as it was shared on social media platforms.

Produced by Telugu production house People Media Factory, 'Mirai' is set to grace the silver screen on April 18, 2025, precisely one year from its announcement date. 

The film is based on King Ashoka and his enigmatic 'Secret 9.' With the Kalinga War etched as a dent in the history of the emperor, nine warriors were employed to protect their generations and there is an involvement of secret scriptures to keep their bloodline running.

The glimpse also offers a sneak peek into Teja Sajja’s heroic entry a yodha, who is out there to thwart nefarious forces from jeopardising the Secret 9 of Ashoka and battle the evil forces. He is shown to excel in stick fight and other forms of defence.

Mirai will feature Ritika Nayak as the female lead last seen in Hi Nana, while further details regarding the ensemble cast are yet to be disclosed.

Notably, Karthik Ghattamaneni assumes dual roles as the director and cinematographer of 'Mirai,' infusing his expertise into every frame. He has also penned the screenplay, alongside Manibabu Karanam who has written the dialogues.

Mirai will have a multi-language release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, and Chinese, in both 2D and 3D formats.
