Odisha releases timeline for phase 3 admission into UG courses

The State Higher Education Department has released timeline for phase-III admission into UG courses under SAMS for the academic year 2022-23, in Odisha.

A detailed guideline has been issued for e-admission in all (+3) degree colleges including self-financing (degree)/ Sanskrit (shastri) colleges in the state.

Timeline for Phase-3 admission to UG courses

Availability of online common application form (CAF): November 14

Last date of applying online CAF: November 17

Publication of first selection merit list in SAMS portal: November 22

Reporting of applicants at allotted institutions for taking admission: November 23 and 24 (till 5 pm)

Data updation of applicants selected in the phase-III (1st selection) admission process: November 23 and 24 (till 7 pm)

Publication of waitlisted applicants in HEIs e-space (5 times the actual vacancy as on November 17): November 22

Reporting of waitlisted applicants along with relevant documents in respective HEIs for taking admission: November 26 and November 28

Selection and publication of selected applicants (from the reported applicants) in the HEIs notice board: November 28

Validation of documents, final admission and data updation of the waitlisted applicants in the e-space of respective HEIs: November 29

Collection of admission fees at the respective HEIs in the phase III selection process: Till November 30 (7 pm)
