Eminent sand artist and animator Manas Kumar Sahoo of Odisha has created a sand animation film for the ‘Pran Pratistha’ ceremony at Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22.

The sand animation film is of 5 minutes and 34 seconds duration. The short movie explains the entire process of construction of the Ram temple at Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh.

Moreover, after the construction of the temple, the celebration across the country, the ‘Kalasa yatra’ procession, and ‘Pran Pratishtha' ceremony of Lord Ram have been beautifully depicted in the film.

Manas took about 20 hours to create the entire sand animation film.

“Ahead of the ‘Pran Pratishtha' ceremony of Ram Lalla, I have created a sand animation film which depicts the construction journey of Ram temple including the foundation stone ceremony,” said Manas.

“In the film, it is depicted that thousands of people are working day and night to build the magnificent Ram temple in Ayodhya to fulfill the dreams of billions of Indians and end a long wait of 500 years. Lakhs of people holding ‘Kalash Yatra’ procession and others immersed in devotion have also been depicted in the film. The film is 5 minutes and 34 seconds in duration and it took me around 20 hours to complete the full sand animation film on the Ram temple,” he added.
